It is hypothetically possible to consider exemption from income tax of Russians with very low incomes, on the other hand, some citizens would pay more tax, said Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev in an interview with Russian TV channels.How much money per month you need to be happy?

«We have people with very low incomes, which we talked about, well, I guess it is hypothetically possible to consider the introduction of some benefits when people with very low incomes generally do not pay taxes,» — said Medvedev.

According to him, «on the other hand, some probably able to pay more tax.» «We should consider all this and make a final decision,» he added.

As he noted, simple, understandable personal income tax scale is justified.
