Roskoshestvo conducted a study of 44 cheese brands represented on the Russian market. Thus, high-quality and safe was recognized as products are only 28 of them, according to the organization’s website.

The examination was sent to the cottage cheese fat content of nine percent, the study was conducted on 62 indicators. Among them – the presence in the product of antibiotics, harmful microorganisms, mold, toxic substances and heavy metals.

It turned out that the products of 16 brands did not meet the standards of quality. Two of them found E. coli in the nine – yeast, four – mold, in three antibiotics. Traces of antibiotics are also found in samples of 17 brands, but within the range not exceeding the maximum allowable level.

The specialists noted that of the 28 samples, of recognized quality, 17 correspond to high requirements of the standard Roskoshestvo.
