«This boat rescued two others who have had problems with the engines,» — said RIA Novosti the representative of the 1st regional headquarters of the Japan coast guard, Nakaze Satoru.

According to him, the North Korean fishermen, a total of 21 people, waiting for another vessel that came to their rescue, and all ended well.

Another 10 citizens of the DPRK have crashed due to bad weather off the coast of Hokkaido. As reported by RIA Novosti the representative of the 9th regional coast guard headquarters Yuto Okazaki, they were ashore the island of Matsumae-kojima. The barge will be towed to a more quiet weather in relation to place and it will conduct an inspection to ascertain all the circumstances of the incident.

Earlier this month, Japan, the DPRK returned three rescued North Korean sailors off the coast of Ishikawa Prefecture, and then saved the Akita Prefecture eight, who also expressed a desire to return home.

The DPRK and Japan have no diplomatic relations with each other. Due to the ongoing nuclear and missile tests by Pyongyang, Tokyo is in favour of strengthening international and bilateral sanctions and pressure on North Korea.
