The investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case against former defense Minister Anatoly Hrytsenko (2005-2007), a criminal case for public calls for terrorist acts in Russian cities, announced on Thursday the official UK representative Svetlana Petrenko.

It is reported that on 2 July Gritsenko on air of channel «112 Ukraine» publicly urged the car bomb in Moscow and Taganrog. Russian investigators came to the conclusion that the words Gritsenko contain calls to terrorist activities.

It is noted that according to Russian law, foreigners not living constantly in Russia and has committed abroad a crime against the interests of Russia, are criminally liable under Russian law.

«In this regard… a criminal case against Anatoliy Hrytsenko for the crime of «public incitement to terrorist activities,» — said Petrenko.
