Public organizations and individual citizens will be able in real time to find out information on emissions from incineration plants to be built in the Moscow region, told journalists the General Director of «RT-invest» Andrey Shipilov in the framework of the «ECOTECH-2017».

«We strive to ensure that all processes were transparent. The only way to have a constructive dialogue with the population. Therefore, we implement the automation system on each stage… All will be presented in real… Online monitoring of all emissions from the plant will be provided in real time, and all possible social organizations and individual citizens can watch in real access to all the indicators,» said Shipilov.

He also added that factories tours will be conducted, which will be able to participate.

Subsidiary company «RT-invest» is AGK-1, which is engaged in the construction of four incinerators in the suburbs. The facilities should be commissioned by 1 December 2022. It is planned to use Japanese technology. Project documentation for construction of a waste incinerator near the village, Swithin Voskresensky district is ready.
