The project for the construction of a waste incinerator near the village, Swithin the Voskresensky district of the Moscow region is on schedule, prepared project documentation, stated to journalists the General Director of the company AGK-1, which is «daughter» of «RT-invest», controlled by state Corporation rostec, Igor Timofeev.
«First we have a project in Vistarino resurrection district. Today we finished work on the project documentation, there were small touches of pure architectural plan. Resurrection district in November, we held a public discussion of the environmental part of the project, and just recently, this documentation will be filed for environmental review,» said Timofeev in the framework of the «ECOTECH-2017».
He added that in parallel there are activities for the production of equipment, purchase of materials and choice of contractors for construction and installation work.
Timofeev noted that the ASC-1 currently has signed lease agreements for the construction of factories in the resurrection and Naro-Fominsk areas. Until the end of the year will be signed the lease for the next two plot in Solnechnogorsk district, and the Noginsk district.
It is planned that ASC-1 will build four alternative thermal plant «Solnechnogorsk», «Voskresensk», «Naro-Fominsk» and «Noginsk» at 70 MW. The facilities should be commissioned by 1 December 2022. They are all located in the suburbs and will use Japanese technology.
