Ingushetia is ready to accept returning to the homeland of the inhabitants of the Republic at the time, joined terrorists in the middle East, but they need to understand that the house they have to answer for their actions before the law, told RIA Novosti the head of the region Yunus-Bek Yevkurov.

«I have previously said that those who left Ingushetia to Syria and joined the ranks of the fighters, unable to return home, but the question remains – how do they do it? Whether they come back illegally and will continue criminal activities, or, on the contrary, legally, repenting and asking for assistance,» — said the head of Ingushetia.

«We in the Republic are ready to accept applications from them or their relatives, but they need to understand and be prepared for the fact that the home they are all waiting for the trial according to the law, including for participation in terrorist activities or supporting terrorism. And it does not depends on men or women, the law is the same for all», — said Yevkurov.

He also said that the Russian children who managed to return home, will certainly deal with.

«(We) bring to the process their grandparents who, unfortunately, were not able to keep their children from crime, or attract the guardianship and custody», — said the head of Ingushetia.

As previously reported, about 100 women and children returned home from Iraq and Syria. It is the people of Chechnya, Dagestan, Ingushetia, Bashkortostan, Tver, Nizhnevartovsk, as well as citizens of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

The process began after the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov in early August laid out in Instagram video shot by RT correspondents in an orphanage in Baghdad and telling of Russian children, whose parents joined the terrorist group «Islamic state»*, took them out of the country, and then abandoned after the liberation of the Iraqi Mosul. Kadyrov expressed the hope that the families of these children recognize them and write to a special address
