Roscosmos will develop new methods of flight simulation and flight control characteristics of launch vehicles to prevent incidents similar to what happened with the «Frigate», said the state Corporation on Tuesday.

Ivanov stressed that the results of the work of the Commission, any comments on the operation of the spaceport and the launch vehicle «Soyuz» is not revealed. The upper stage «Fregat», its components and the propulsion system worked in full accordance with the selected algorithm. A separate Commission will deal in detail the organizational issues and prepare proposals for the assessment of responsibility of officials for decisions affecting the completeness of prelaunch testing of the mission.

Rocket «Soyuz-2.1 b» with the upper stage «Fregat» and 19 satellites launched in 8.41 GMT on 28 November and staff has reached an intermediate orbit.
