Dvoretskaya told that in the area of 229 kilometers of Federal highway «Kolyma» the driver was speeding and lost control. The car skidded, and he fell into the pond. The investigators found that the experience of the driver was only a year and he, as an individual entrepreneur, does not have a license to carry passengers.

«Completed investigation of the criminal case against 22-year-old man, engaged in private carrying passengers to the crime of «violation of traffic rules and operation of vehicles, entailed on imprudence death of the person»… the criminal Investigation is completed. It is noted that the accused admitted his guilt and repented of his actions.
