United Russia in the state Duma expect the big press conference of Russian President Vladimir Putin will tell how the President will nominate his candidacy in the elections in 2018 from the party or yourself, and the Communist party hope to hear from Putin’s answers to the challenges that Russian society is facing.

The leader «Fair Russia» Sergei Mironov said that December 14 will follow the annual press conference Putin on TV in fits and starts since the day he’s scheduled reception of citizens and the sound will be included only in spare moments.

The politician said that he expects at a press conference a lot of interesting questions and even more interesting answers.

In the Communist party believes that Russia is a serious need of changing socio-economic policy, because it does not meet the foreign policy challenges and the success that Russia has shown in a number of ways, the MP noted.

«We need to pay serious attention to social support of the population, the fight against poverty…At a press conference unlikely as it sounds, but in the subsequent need serious changes in the structure of the government, the people who work there. Challenges for society are serious, and I hope that these challenges will be given real answers,» he concluded.

In 2016, the communication with the journalists lasted 3 hours and 50 minutes, the President asked 67 questions. A considerable part of them was devoted to the domestic and regional agenda. Also the press was interested in international issues: the situation in Syria and the Ukraine, relations with Turkey and the United States.
