Russian President Vladimir Putin to communicate with citizens in the format of a straight line uses high technology, but the human from the process of handling requests to delete it will not work, said the press-Secretary of Russian leader Dmitry Peskov.

«Although the same straight line, which you mentioned, is extremely high-tech event, which involved a very high tech, a lot of people from Telecom, television, radio, communications and so on. Peskov asked whether it may be the technology of the blockchain to organize queries. He noted that the current technology is comfortable for the organization of this event, but if there is something new and useful, it can be integrated.

«We are so comfortable to use the technology that we have available, what additional technology we still simply do not need. If we suddenly realize that some new, shall we say, inventions will allow us to analyze more information or to process more requests, we will try somehow to implement these new technologies, but we don’t feel the needs,» he said.
