The propulsion system of the spacecraft of the new series «Soyuz MS» with returning ISS crew launched on the brakes, told reporters at the mission control Center (MCC).

The propulsion system involved in the estimated time — 10.45 GMT. The installation will work out to about five minutes. It is planned that at 11: 15 a.m. the Soyuz will enter the dense layers of Earth’s atmosphere, where the relationship with him will be lost momentarily, after which the crew will experience an overload of about 4g. Then will be opened the brake parachute of the descent module and the landing is expected at 11: 38 MSK 147 kilometers South-East of Zhezkazgan city in Karaganda region of Kazakhstan.

The launch of «Soyuz MS-07» with the crew of the next mission to the ISS scheduled for December 17 from the Baikonur cosmodrome. In the main crew includes Roscosmos cosmonaut Anton shkaplerov, NASA astronaut Scott tingle and astronaut of the Japanese aerospace exploration Agency Norishige Kanae.
