Possible conclusion representatives of the Russian Federation from the Joint center for control and coordination of the ceasefire in the Donbass (SCCC) can «free hand» to Kiev in terms of violations of the truce, said the envoy of the self-proclaimed Donetsk national Republic in the contact group on Ukraine Denis Putilin.

Previously, the defense Ministry of Russia stated that the Ukrainian authorities have created a «blatantly discriminatory» working conditions for Russian participants of the working group on conflict settlement in the Donbass: field visits to monitor situation, most difficult, part in the activities of the contact group is locked, and even out on the street is permitted only «under escort».

«For the OSCE mission will create a number of additional complexities without JCCC, and Ukraine has a free hand in terms of violations, which will be more difficult to prove their guilt on our part and sides of the SMM (Special monitoring mission) OSCE,» — said Pushilin told reporters.

According to him, Kiev prevents the work of Russian officers in the JCCC, complicating thus the rapid exchange of information, harmonization of conditions of peace and cease-fire.

«The logic of our opponents in Kiev is puzzling since, at the request of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and set up a Joint centre, but in fact we saw a lot of obstacles for (Russia — ed.) JCCC employees», — said Pushilin.
