Power of the Udmurt Republic have offered assistance to the tenants of the fallen house in Izhevsk

Power of the Udmurt Republic invited the tenants of the fallen entrance of the house in Izhevsk to consider different ways of solving the housing problem, including subsidies for housing and certificates, said to RIA Novosti in the press service of the government of the Udmurt Republic.

The collapse of part of a residential building in the capital of Udmurtia, from the first to the ninth floor took place on 9 November, was completely destroyed eight apartments. According to the preliminary version, the cause was an explosion of household gas. At the request of the head of region, experts of the Ministry of the Russian Federation carried out additional examination of the house. The government reported that the residents of the first three entrances to return to their apartments until 27 December, the question on returning of the residents of the rest of the entrances will be resolved after the strengthening of the frame house.

On Friday, the inhabitants of the house wrote to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin an open letter in which he complained that the Commission did not consider their statements about the cracks between the concrete slabs, damage to joints and window constructions, loss pinned on the walls of the structures in the apartments not only next to the explosion of the entrances, but remote. Residents reported that after the incident, their apartments fell five times, and ask the President to assist in resolving their housing issue.

«Against the inhabitants of the apartments, is located in collapsed sections, it was explained that the regional government asked the Russian government for financial assistance to the region at the expense of the Reserve Fund. If a positive decision is affected citizens will be provided with a subsidy to purchase housing. Otherwise, consideration will be given to granting housing certificates. As a rule, the period of consideration of such appeals within 30 days», — the press-service.

In addition, at the meeting announced the provision of technical advice in accordance with which the whole house, including hallways 1-3, is recognized as limited to workable.

«Then the head of the Republic said that the further operation of the house is possible only after the remediation. Currently all work is carried out with the involvement of both local and Federal specialists. The whole process is controlled by the Republican government, experts Udmurtgrajdanproekt and the Federal Ministry of construction. The result of the completion of the relevant works will be technical advice on a healthy state 1 to 3 entrances, only on the basis of which can be decided on the settlement of residents,» — said the press service.
