Seven modern cultural centers will be built in two years in towns of the Kaliningrad region co-financed by the Federal Ministry of culture, told reporters on Sunday, the Governor of the region Anton Alikhanov.

«In the Kaliningrad region next year will be built four houses of culture, three in 2019 the construction of the facilities will be co-financed by the Federal Ministry,» said Alikhanov.

According to the press service of the regional government, cultural and recreational centres will appear in the towns of the region in the framework of the state program «Development of culture and tourism for 2013-2020». Under this program, the creation and modernization of houses of culture in rural areas, which should become a modern outdoor leisure centres for the whole family, the budget of the Kaliningrad region will receive 55 million rubles.

For completion in 2019, the financing of the Federal budget will be nearly 43 million rubles. The regional budget for the construction of houses of culture co-finances 16.5 million rubles next year and about 13 million in 2019.

Earlier it was reported that this year started to work just three programs related to rural houses of culture: Ministry of culture funded the construction of large houses of culture through the development of culture village. A separate program of «United Russia» for the repair and equipment of DK implies about 1.5 billion rubles per year on their vehicle. On the third program of the Ministry of culture allocates about 1.5 billion rubles per year, which are distributed on the average for 10 subjects, each of which receives 150 million rubles.
