Police checks on the fact of receiving injuries by the journalist of VGTRK at the courthouse in Moscow where there was the sentencing of ex-Minister of economic development Alexei Ulyukayev, told RIA Novosti in the press service of the interior Ministry in the capital.

Previously, RTR announced that the television video engineer Vladislav Mirzoyan came to a part of the crew program «Vesti» in the Zamoskvoretsky court, where on that day was the sentencing Ulyukayev. According to the TV company, at the entrance to the court building on Mirzayance attacked the journalist «Газеты.Ru» Vladimir Vashchenko and inflicted injuries.

According to VGTRK, first Vashchenko pushed and punched the cameraman of the TV channel Igor Nikulin on the back. According to the broadcaster, as a result, the camera hit the door jamb and out of order. «The camera fails to work we can’t, but Vashchenko and this does not calms down, it beats the face video engineer Vladislav Matanza, literally breaks his nose,» — said the correspondent of the program «Vesti» Elena Erofeeva, who along with the crew arrived to cover the trial of Ulyukaev. «The police asked the employee of one of the channels and said that on December 15 on the Big Tatar street, an unknown citizen had caused him injuries and damaged equipment. On this fact being tested, the results of which the decision will be made in accordance with the law», — said the Agency in the interior Ministry.

Vashchenko told RIA Novosti that the Zamoskvoretsky court came «a large crowd of journalists.» Vashchenko said that the press Secretary of the Moscow city court missed to the gym several accredited film crews. «After that came some more TV crew and began without explanation to push people, to push elbows, push, despite the fact that girls were there,» said the journalist.

This is wrong, need to control myself… But I want to say that if these guys from the beginning not to push and act rudely and just said quietly «we are in this pool» — no conflicts would have never happened,» — said the Agency interlocutor. He added that he regrets that the injured employee VGTRK was forced to go to the doctors.

According to the correspondent of RIA Novosti news Agency covering the trial Ulyukaev, the queue to enter the court began to form nearly two hours before the verdict in the case of ex-Minister, thus, to 08.50 am in the morning, when journalists were allowed in court, at the entrance was a crush. In court, in addition to the hall, where were announced the verdict there were two sites with a straight stream, where they could be journalists that don’t appear in the courtroom.

However, in the beginning on the steps of the pandemonium and court staff decided to skip the building of the first photographers and a film crew, which took place in the main hall. As a result, the entrance there was a stampede through which tried to pass named the press-service of the operators and their assistants.

As the correspondent of RIA Novosti, one of the operators, making their way through the crowd, too raised the camera and hit the jamb of the entrance door attached to her microphone. The reporter did not see any fights, although the tremors and crush in such conditions, she said, was quite likely. Additionally, 61-year-old Ulyukayev, the most senior convicted bribe-taker in modern Russian history — was sentenced to a fine of 130 million rubles and eight-year ban to work in government service after his release.
