Moscow unequivocally reaffirms its commitment to the Treaty on intermediate-range and shorter-range, to get out of it is not going to, if only to that the Russian side does not compel the Americans, said in an interview with RIA Novosti Director of the Department for nonproliferation and arms control, the Russian foreign Ministry Mikhail Ulyanov.

«As for our position, we continue to advocate the settlement of differences through negotiations. Unequivocally reaffirm our commitment to the INF Treaty, and that out of it we are not going unless we never forced the Americans. We believe that the Treaty continues to play an important role in ensuring European security and in the interests of our country at this stage,» — said Ulyanov.
