The Kremlin did not interfere in the process of formation of the Public oversight Commission (POC), told reporters on Monday, the press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov.

On Monday, «Kommersant» reported that human rights defenders, which were not included in the composition of the PMC last fall sought election to the composition, again received the refusal of the Council of Public chamber (OP) of the Russian Federation. According to the publication, human rights activists demand to produce the questionnaires because they do not rule out irregularities during the voting.
