The head of administration of Tambov region Alexander Nikitin on Monday handed over 30 families affected by unscrupulous developers, certificates for the purchase of housing totaling more than 47 million rubles, told RIA Novosti the representative of the press service of the regional administration.

«The Governor of the Tambov region has offered a truly unique mechanism of solving regional problems of the so-called defrauded real estate investors. In April 2017, established a regional operator LLC «seller System» with a registered capital of 170 million rubles have been allocated from the regional budget.

In parallel, the Ministry of construction of Russia approved a schedule to complete the construction of problematic facilities in the region. It includes five objects, and the shareholders of the three of them received housing certificates» — said the Agency interlocutor.

According to him, at present the borrowed funds completely solved the problem of co-houses on Karl Marx street/Studenetskaya, 163/4 (buildings 2 and 3) and preferential categories of citizens — children from large families, children-orphans, veterans of the great Patriotic war, who have invested their certificates and additional funds in the house 30 along the street Moscow, and the house 47 on street Construction of the neighborhood North of the village Builder.

The press service added that on Monday, the housing certificates were issued to the first group of affected shareholders, this work will continue into 2018.
