The Federal Antimonopoly service (FAS) waits for a request from Disney and Fox on merging their assets in Russia, the company must seek the consent of the deal, told reporters Deputy head of the FAS Andrey Tsyganov.

Conglomerate the Walt Disney Company last week signed a deal with American media Mogul Rupert Murdoch to purchase most of its assets in companies 21st Century Fox 52.4 billion dollars.
