Russia will soon give a symmetrical answer to sanctions policy of the United States, including at the recent Washington’s decision against the head of Chechnya Ramazan Kadyrov and other Russian citizens, said the Chairman of the state Duma Vyacheslav Volodin.

The United States in December 2012 adopted the «Magnitsky act» on sanctions against Russians, sacrament, according to the American authorities, to human rights violations. According to Volodina, «Ramzan Kadyrov elected by the people head of the Republic, Hero of Russia, contributed to the fight against international terrorism.»

«Kadyrov is doing a lot to save children’s lives by organizing their evacuation from conflict zones», — said the speaker of the state Duma.
