Vice-President Dmitry Rogozin has all the features in working order to report on the results of the investigation of unsuccessful start of the carrier rocket «Soyuz-2.1 b» with the Vostochny cosmodrome, separate meetings with Vladimir Putin are not required, said press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov.

Responding to a question about whether President to meet with Rogozin, who heads the Commission investigating the unsuccessful launch of a Soyuz from the Baikonur East, Peskov said, «Rogozin has all the features in working order to report to the President, individual meetings is not required for this».

The second launch from the East over the emergency situation: November 28, 2017 rocket «Soyuz-2.1 b» brought the upper stage «Fregat» with the satellite remote sensing of the Earth «meteor-M» №2-1 and 18 small spacecraft into an intermediate orbit, however, the delivery of the spacecraft into the target orbit failed.
