The North Korean leader Kim Jong UN ordered to resist the penetration of «anti-socialist phenomena» in North Korean society and everywhere to strengthen the moral, passed on Sunday by the Central Telegraph Agency of Korea (KCNA) held in Pyongyang on the eve of the 5th Congress of leaders of primary party organizations.

The workers ‘ party of Korea (WPK) for almost 70 years is prevailing in the DPRK position, despite the presence of several other parties in this country, the purpose of which is to support the Central line of the WPK and the establishment of inter-party relations abroad.

«On the toughening of machinations of the imperialists who are trying to deprive us of sovereignty, right to existence and development, anti-socialist phenomena very much threaten to paralyze the revolutionary class consciousness of our youth and the people, undermine the revolutionary socialist position», — quotes Agency the words of Kim Jong-UN.

The leader of North Korea stressed the need to expand the «revolutionary offensive» against anti-socialist phenomena, starting with the primary cells of the Korean workers party and the struggle for ideological education of party members and workers.

In the report about the Congress in Pyongyang does not specify phenomenon, the adverse effects involved, but the goals, as these phenomena to fight.

«You should make a true human relationships and our superior socialist morality reigned throughout our society where respect, trust and help each other, help the sick, infirm and vulnerable people together and share joy and sorrow, live happily», — quotes Agency the words of Kim Jong-UN.

North Korean leader urged «to develop creativity and art», in order to prevent the penetration of the «reactionary trends» in the culture of the DPRK.

«The superiority of our socialist culture over the decadent bourgeois-reactionary culture will enable people to free themselves from the illusory perception of a culture of enemies, to resist the ideological and cultural infiltration of the imperialists,» said Kim Jong-UN.

Congress of secretaries of primary cells of the WPK in Pyongyang comes amid increasing international sanctions, including from the UN security Council, which are designed to force North Korea to abandon nuclear weapons. Pyongyang said he would not do that until the threat from the United States.

Earlier, Russia and China offered the DPRK to declare a moratorium on nuclear tests and missile launches, and South Korea and the United States to refrain from conducting exercises in the region to stabilize the situation on the Peninsula, but in Washington, this initiative was ignored.
