The former Governor of Nenets Autonomous district Igor Koshin is appointed the sixth Vice-Minister for North Caucasus Affairs, the relevant document is published on the official Internet portal of legal information.

«To appoint Koshin Igor Viktorovich Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for the North Caucasus», — says in the document.

Also another decree amended the decree of the Russian Federation of 16 June 2014.

«… the words «5 Deputy Ministers» to replace with words «6 the Vice-Minister»», — stated in the order.

It is noted that financial support for implementation of the resolution will be funded from budgetary appropriations, provided to Ministry of Russia on Affairs of the North Caucasus.

At the end of September – early October left their posts 11 heads of regions, among them was the head of the Nenets Autonomous district Igor Koshin. His resignation, Russian President Vladimir Putin met on 28 September.
