Russia has a negative attitude to the US decision to supply Ukraine anti-tank guided Javelin missile complex, said the press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov.

«Negative, we have talked about this repeatedly. This has been reiterated by the President», — he told, answering an appropriate question.

«First and foremost, of course, due to the fact, unfortunately, a very strong influence in Kiev, in fact, extremist and nationalist elements, who, having received one way or another in the country of such weapons, can use this to unleash another provocative and aggressive actions against the republics of Donbass», — said Peskov.

«Of course, this was discussed at the highest level, of course, Moscow is deeply not indifferent to the fate of the millions of people who live in unrecognized republics», — he added.

According to the associated Press, the United States has approved a plan to provide Ukraine with Javelin anti-tank missiles. As reported, after the formal approval of the us President supply plan will be submitted to the Congress, which in a month will have to consider it and pass it for approval by the U.S. Department of state.

According to TV channel ABC, we are talking about supply 210 anti-tank missiles and 35 plants in the amount of $ 47 million.
