The Moscow city Duma (MHD) has reduced its costs in 2018 by 5% compared to the current year, to almost 1.6 billion rubles.

«The total budgetary allocation for 2018 is 1,597 billion rubles, which is 5% less than budget for the operation of the Duma in 2017», — said the chief of staff of the MHD Yuriy Dmitriev in the course of the meeting.

He noted that the wage Fund determined in accordance with the law of Moscow remained unchanged at the level of spending in 2017.

The cost of procurement of goods, works and services, aimed at providing activities apparatus MHD, according to the explanatory Memorandum, the amount to 724 million rubles, which is 59 million rubles, or 7.6%, less than the same costs in 2017.

«The decrease in expenditure is due to the fact that in 2017 the work was performed related to the extension of functionality of existing multimedia systems (the Congress system, a centralized system of unified management of complex video conferencing), as well as the creation of a single audio and video archive of events held in the Moscow city Duma», — follows from the explanatory notes.

Operating costs of information systems and resources for 2018 account for nearly 77 million rubles — increase of expenses for 16.7 million rubles is connected with necessity of development of the Moscow Parliament, including the revision of modules and personal pages of deputies, as well as the creation of hardware-software complex «Electronic archive».
