The Dutch police evacuated the passengers trains from Amsterdam to Berlin, because of the threatening letters, according to broadcaster RTL, citing authorities.

According to the broadcasting company, the evacuation happened at the station of the Dutch town of Oldenzaal near the German border. At the place of work, police, experts with dogs examined the train for explosives.

The police of the Kingdom confirmed the evacuation and said that it is due to a «suspicious situation». Receiving threatening letters confirmed broadcasting company representative of state company ProRail, which manages the railway network of the Netherlands.

Earlier on Thursday, Germany because of a suspicious letter received in the office, blocked the government district, in German Erfurt. According to German police, the sender of the emails, one of them sent from the UK. Radioactive substances in the envelopes are detected, in the present time the experts check the presence of explosives.
