Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law exempting the business in the Crimea from routine inspections to 1 March 2019, the corresponding document was published on the official portal of legal information.

«To amend the Federal constitutional law of March 21, 2014 «On adoption of the Russian Federation the Republic of Crimea and the formation within the Russian Federation new subjects — Republic of Crimea and city of Federal importance Sevastopol» changes: part tenth of the article 12, the words «1 January 2018», the words «Until March 1, 2019», — stated in the document.

The tenth paragraph of this law assumed that in the Crimea and Sevastopol scheduled inspection business is limited to one time in three years, and until January 1, 2018 are not held.

Also, the law involves changes in the regulation of utility tariffs in the Crimea and Sevastopol. The legislation of the Russian Federation in the spheres of electric power industry, railway transportation, communication services, services of transport terminals, sea and river ports and airports, the sale of pharmaceuticals, inspection of motor vehicles will be applied in Crimea and Sevastopol taking into account the «features» installed by the government of the Russian Federation until March 1, 2020.
