We are talking about the so-called spotting (swatting, from the name of special forces of U.S. law enforcement SWAT) — the draw, during which the prankster calls the police and reports serious incident, for example, about the detention of hostages, and calls an arbitrary address.

Deputy chief of police Wichita Troy Livingston at the press conference said that the Department called and said that a man killed his father and now holds hostage the mother, brother and sister.
