Moscow zoo plans to equip CCTV cameras and all of the cages until the end of may 2018, this will allow to observe the life of animals of the capital’s zoo from anywhere in the world, according to the official website of the mayor and government of Moscow.

«All the cages of the Moscow zoo plans to equip the cameras until the end of may this year. They will allow in real time to monitor the animal life of the capital of the zoo from anywhere in the world», — stated in the message.

According to the report, the video surveillance system is already connected cells with red pandas, cheetahs and yaguarundi. Watch the feeding sessions and animal on the zoo’s website, choosing the theme «Webcams» under «About the zoo».

«Yaguarundi — one of the most secretive of our Pets. Visitors is not always possible to see them. Now, however, lovers of wild cats will be able to consider yaguarundi from close range, to observe the life of these elusive animals», — said Svetlana Akulov, General Director of the Moscow zoo.

According to her, no less spectacular are expected to be broadcast from enclosures of red pandas. These animals become most active towards evening, while the activity of cheetahs occurs in the morning, but to see them also difficult.

Added that to the end of the year in enclosures is also planned to replace outdated metal mesh for modern fencing. They will be more pliable and will not harm animals, but will also allow visitors a better look of the animals.
