Russian film Director Nikita Mikhalkov, who are in the list of persons «threatening the national security of Ukraine», convinced that nobody on this list is not a threat to the Ukrainian people, but is proud that «Bandera elite» considered it dangerous.

«I am absolutely convinced that none of us made this list, is not a threat to the Ukrainian people, I repeat that people. And the fact that Bandera elite considers us a threat – I can only be proud of. I am sure that with the insight from this confusion, everything will fall into place, and we will again become, as it was a century one Orthodox cultural space», — quotes the words of Mikhalkov’s press service.

Earlier Tuesday on the website of the Ministry of culture of Ukraine has reported that film Director Nikita Mikhalkov, singer Dmitry Fomin, TV presenter Dmitry Shepelev and musician that’s got a list of persons «threatening the national security of Ukraine». Now the list includes 118 persons are subject to sanctions in the form of a temporary ban on entry to Ukraine.

Also, Kiev has repeatedly limited the work of Russian media in the country, including regularly banning entry to Ukraine to journalists from Russia. In March 2015, was suspended accreditation at the bodies of state power of Ukraine 115 Russian media. Banned broadcasting of the main Russian TV channels.

The Russian foreign Ministry has called the incident an attack on freedom of the media and urged the OSCE, the EU and the United States to respond harshly to the ban, as well as on deportation from Ukraine journalists of Russian media, saying that the double standards practiced by the West is unacceptable.
