The deceased lead singer of The Cranberries Dolores O’riordan was planning to write on Tuesday a new version of the hit game Zombie.

Today, O’riordan was supposed to meet with the team Bad Wolves in the recording Studio to work on a new version of the iconic songs of 1994.

As told by one of the musicians Bad Wolves, O’riordan had heard their performance of the song and wanted to record her own vocals.

The singer of the Cranberries died yesterday in London at the age of 46 years. The representative of the singer stated that she arrived in the British capital to participate in the recording.

Police were called to the hotel in Westminster at 09:05 am local time (12:05 GMT), the doctors stated the death of O’riordan on the spot. The death of the singer is considered as «unexplained», the investigation continues.

O’riordan joined the Cranberries in 1990, when she was 18, becoming a vocalist and face of the group. In 2003 she began her solo career. The singer was married to former Manager of Duran Duran.
