Customers of «Moscow United energy company» (MIPC), a unified heat supply organization of the capital, with the help of gadgets will be able to complain about the quality of heat and hot water, the company said.

«MIPC commissioned a mobile version of the client section of the site, adapted for different electronic devices. The service will be a convenient platform for consumers complaints related to the quality of heat and hot water supply», — stated in the message.

In the section «Ask question/report a problem», you can choose the topic of treatment – from a lack of hot water, or the presence of rust to the equipment noise and unnecessarily high temperature of the battery.

Relevant services MIPC will be able to answer a request on the official letterhead of the company, and e-mail. As noted in the Moke, in the conditions occurring in the Moscow region frosts this service will more quickly respond to customers.

By the beginning of 2018 over 60% of customers MIPC interact with the company via electronic data interchange (EDI). In 2017 MIPC reported willingness to translate documents with contractors — consumers of heat energy and hot water in an electronic form.
