Almost 2 billion rubles collected in 2017 with Kamchatka residents who don’t pay for electricity, heat and hot water, the press service of «Kamchatskenergo».

«In 2017, the company’s lawyers sent to the court 8200 claims on recovery of debts for consumed electricity, heat and hot water for a total of about 2,38 billion. Taking into account the claims filed in the previous periods, the court is satisfied 9454 statements for a total amount of 1.8 billion rubles», — stated in the message.

It is noted, on January 1, 2018, in the courts, was 5.8 thousand claims for a total amount of 665 million rubles. Every month the power company delivers to 700 lawsuits against non-payers tens of millions of rubles.

In «Kamchatskenergo» added that in the framework of the claim work with debtors last year were 49 road trips, checked 268 addresses, arrested furniture and household appliances.

«However, the power company pays great attention to pre-trial settlement of disputes. Every subscriber the problem of the debt situation is solved individually,» said the spokesman.

The company «Kamchatskenergo» is the main supplier of electric energy on the territory of Kamchatskiy Krai, and also produces over half of heat energy for the needs of the city Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.
