A bill providing for the payment of up to 1 million rubles to the Russians who move to work in the far East under the program of labor mobility, introduced in the state Duma, said on Friday the Ministry of the Russian Federation.

«Moving to work on the state program of increase of labor mobility will be able to obtain a subsidy of up to 1 million rubles, and employers will simplify the conditions for participation in the program. Such amendments to the program prepared by the Ministry of labour and social protection of population of the Russian Federation together with the Ministry and the Agency for the development of human capital in the far East, the bill has been introduced in the state Duma», — is spoken in the message.

The main goal of the program is to attract qualified specialists in priority regions, including seven far East: Kamchatka Krai, Primorye, Khabarovsk Krai, Amur, Magadan and Sakhalin regions, Chukotka. In three years, according to the labor Ministry, the program took a little more than 1.1 thousand Russians. In the explanatory Memorandum to the bill notes that the low rate of labor mobility are due to the complexity of the mechanism of implementation of the program.

Now the Ministry proposes to increase the amount of financial assistance to companies in the Far East to attract specialists from 225 thousand to 1 million rubles per employee. Also will lift the moratorium on the downsizing in the enterprises that receive subsidies. To enter into employment contracts with nonresident professionals will be for two years instead of three.

To attract personnel will be not only created by production, but also on existing ones. Regions will be able to adjust the list of employers participating in the program.
