In Vladivostok, opened an art object dedicated to the hero of the Soviet writer Julian Semyonov the spy Otto von Stirlitz, according to the city administration.

Design made from a single sheet of metal on which is cut the silhouette of a scout and it is written: «In the early years Otto von Stirlitz (real name is Vsevolod Vladimirov), the most famous spy of Soviet literature and film, lived and worked in Vladivostok. Here he was known as Maxim Isaev. Lived on the street in Poltava, rest in Sedanka, in the evenings he loved to sit in the restaurant «Versailles».
