Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that peace and security in the middle East is impossible without high-end American participation, and announced that he intends to discuss with the visiting Vice-President of the United States Mike Pence the current regional agenda, including Iran’s nuclear program.

Pence on Sunday evening begins a two-day visit to Israel where he welcomed the recent U.S. decision on the recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of the Jewish state and the intention to amend nuclear deal with Iran.

«Tonight, coming to us a great friend of Israel, a true friend, Vice-President of the United States, Mike Pence… I’m really looking forward to our meeting. We will discuss the efforts of the administration (President Donald) trump to block Iranian aggression and Iran’s nuclear program and, of course, ways to advance security and peace in the region,» said Netanyahu at Sunday’s Cabinet meeting.

«Whoever really seeks to achieve these goals, knows that American leadership is no substitute», he added.

Visit Penny will pass without the arrival in Palestine, which authorities in protest against the ignoring of their claims to the Eastern part of Jerusalem announced the rejection of American mediation in the conflict with Israel.
