The energy Ministry retains the forecast for oil production in Russia in 2018 at the level of 2017 546-547 million tons, said in an interview with RIA Novosti the head of the energy Ministry of Russia Alexander Novak.

«Assuming that the agreement (OPEC+) valid all the year 2018, the production level will be about at the level of 2017, that is, 546-547 million tons,» Novak answered the question, does the Ministry plans on oil production in Russia in 2018.

According to the Minister, the export of oil from Russia in the current year remained at about the same level as last year. «There is, of course, the deviations are not very large, as it was in 2017 — was somewhat higher oil exports, but due to lower exports of petroleum products, the overall balance is preserved.
