The Moscow city court upheld the fine of 30 thousand rubles assigned to the head of the Council of deputies of the Krasnoselsky district of Moscow Ilya Yashin over the uncoordinated events, told RIA Novosti press-service of the court.

«The decision of the Meshchansky court of Moscow upheld,» — said the press service.

Meshchansky court of Moscow found Yashin guilty under part 2 of article 20.2 of the administrative code (violation of established order of organizing or holding meetings, rallies, demonstrations, marches or picketing).

Earlier Prefecture Central DISTRICT of Moscow refused Yashin in holding shares in Lermontov public garden in connection with the violation of the term of notice and the lack of necessary documents. The Moscow Prosecutor’s office put forward Yashin caution on administrative liability, if he follows uncoordinated action.

The interior Ministry has asked citizens to refrain from participation in an unsanctioned rally and noted that in accordance with the law, the police will take the necessary steps to prevent the specified uncoordinated actions.

In the end, according to the interior Ministry, the number of participants in the inconsistent event, held in the Lermontov square in Moscow on 28 December, amounted to about 300 people, against the organizers had collected material about an administrative offence.
