Ryazan oblast until the end of the year it intends to create an infrastructure that will allow you to set up IT start-UPS and promote products on the Russian and global markets, said in an interview with RIA Novosti the head of the region Nikolai Lyubimov.

«This year we plan to create an innovation and research economic center, which will provide infrastructural facilities to IT companies and opportunities to promote the final product on Russian and foreign market», — said Lyubimov.

According to him, young people who have already started IT-business can make use of this infrastructure, having the opportunity to sell their development in Russia and abroad. This will allow local companies without going to Moscow, to promote their startups.

The head of the region added that they have already chosen the building in the budget the necessary funds. The search for those who will undertake implementation of the project.

«This year, we need to create a center and begin working,» — said Lyubimov.

He also said that the project will be implemented in Ryazan, where a more developed digital infrastructure.

«But we’ll extend the experience and to the regional centers, to those who want to develop IT the business had to move to Ryazan. In this case, working remotely, to create and promote digital products using the infrastructure that we will create at the expense of regional funds in cooperation with Rostelecom,» said the Governor of Ryazan region.
