Kiev, US and EU have repeatedly accused Moscow of meddling in Ukraine’s Affairs. Russia denies it and calls such accusations unacceptable. Moscow has repeatedly stated that it is not a party to domestic conflict and is not privy to the events in the South-East, is interested in Ukraine overcame political and economic crisis.

«These are steps the United States were the result of Russia’s refusal to take action to end the military conflict and to support the resolution on the establishment of peace,» said Walker in an interview with German broadcaster Deutsche Welle, the text of which is reproduced on the website of its Ukrainian office.

The administration of U.S. President Donald trump last year approved a plan to provide Ukraine with lethal weapons, including the Javelin anti-tank missiles. In particular, the United States intends to supply Kiev 35 launchers Javelin. The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said that Kyiv expects to receive weapons from the US in 2018. Russia has repeatedly warned against plans arms deliveries to Ukraine, because this step will only lead to the escalation of the conflict in the Donbass. As repeatedly stated by the press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov, the supply of weapons to Ukraine from the outside will not contribute to resolving the crisis in the Donbas and the implementation of the Minsk agreements. Against arms shipments to Ukraine voted most European politicians.
