Almost 600 new buses will appear in the Russian capital in the first quarter of 2018 and eight trains a new generation of «Moscow» and 20 trams «Vityaz-M», told RIA Novosti Deputy mayor of Moscow, head of Department of transport Maxim Liksutov.

«In the first quarter of 2018 Moscow will receive 588 buses, eight trains «Moscow» and 20 new trams «Vityaz-M». All new rolling stock manufactured in Russia, meets the modern requirements of safety, reliability and sustainability,» said Agency Vice-mayor.

So, according to him, the bus fleet of the city will add 50 buses of average capacity, 313 – large, 225 – particularly large. The entire fleet is adapted for disabled passengers, are equipped with engines «Euro-5», with climate control and GLONASS, said Liksutov.

The Moscow metro will receive 64 new cars of type «Moscow» – the eight trains of 33 scheduled trains, which should go on the Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya line in 2018.

Park land transport, as told to the Agency, Deputy mayor for 2018 will be updated trams «Vityaz-M», which have a high smoothness and work without turnstiles, equipped with satellite navigation, USB sockets for charging mobile devices, climate control, surveillance cameras and a separate climate unit for the driver.

«In 2018 in Moscow will not come at least 100 new trams», he concluded.
