The head of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia Alexander Bastrykin said that the recent incidents in Russian schools are often the consequence of negligence and violations of safety rules in educational institutions, told reporters the official representative of Department Svetlana Petrenko.

«These tragic consequences are often a direct result of negligence and disregard of established rules to ensure security in educational institutions. During the investigation in such cases it is necessary to achieve real elimination of the reasons and conditions of committing crimes against children and prosecute for violations», — quotes Agency the words of Bastrykin.

«In the absence of answers to our submission, immediately forward the materials to the Prosecutor who decides whether to initiate disciplinary or administrative proceedings against individuals, who are not taking measures of response to identified investigators of shortcomings», he added.
