A second explosion occurred near a police station in the Colombian city of Barranquilla, where the day before three people were victims triggered an improvised explosive device, according to Tiempo.

Earlier it was reported that an improvised explosive device detonated early Saturday morning near a police station in the Colombian city of Barranquilla, killing at least three employees.

According to the information portal, the explosion occurred around 4.00 (12.00 GMT). In the attack five people were injured, two of them are police officers. The site of the explosion cordoned off. At the moment, is investigating the incident.

Reported as suspects in the attacks are considered members of the groups involved in drug trafficking.
