The world anti-doping Agency (WADA) and international Olympic Committee took the first step to the collapse of the Olympic movement, said the Secretary of security Council of Russia Nikolai Patrushev. He commented on the situation of non-admission of Russian athletes for the Olympic games — 2018.

«During the procedures of the Olympics, even the war stopped. And, as far as we know, the Olympic movement is separated from politics. We see quite the opposite. And WADA, and the Anglo-Saxons instead of sports politics. And what WADA does, and the fact that the Olympic Committee has gone on about them, is the first step, in my opinion, to the collapse of the Olympic movement», — he said at the opening ceremony of the volleyball tournament dedicated to the Day of complete liberation of Leningrad from the Nazi blockade.

The Secretary of the security Council expressed the hope that in the future, WADA and the IOC «will come to their senses and make the right conclusions.»

In December, the IOC announced that the Games in Pyeongchang will only allow «pure» Russian athletes, and to speak they can only under a neutral flag. In the final application are only 169 athletes, and it did not get leaders skier Sergey Ustyugov, biathlete Anton Shipulin, short-tremist Viktor Antonov, figure skaters Ksenia Stolbova and Ivan Bukin.

Those who will go to South Korea, will play for the team under the title «Olympic athletes of Russia». They are not allowed to show national symbols should only be approved by the IOC form.
