The holding company «Russian space systems» has deployed mobile measuring point (MIP) at key points on the territory of Russia according to the flight path of the rocket «Soyuz-2.1 a», which start from Vostochny is scheduled for 1 February, the press service of Roscosmos.

«IPI will collect and process all the telemetry information on the status of the rocket and payloads – satellites for remote Earth sounding «kanopus-V» №3 and №4″, — stated in the message.

Developed by the enterprises of the holding RKS family of MIP is part of a geographically distributed infrastructure of the new Russian cosmodrome East, complements the Russian space Agency.

«Their design provides the possibility of rapid transfer of all types of transport and work on our sites in any part of the world. These devices accept, process and transmit via satellite or terrestrial channels telemetric information from missile and space technology», — noted in press service.

Each complex consists of two 20-foot containers: information-measuring module and the receiving and processing of remote sensing data. MIP can operate in any environment – at temperatures from -50 to +50 degrees, with a strong vibration and repeated mechanical shocks, and in the excitement of the sea with the installation on the ship, said in Roskosmos.

The antenna system MIP can work with any existing and future telemetry systems. The electronic part of the system is unified and consists of high-tech radio-electronic blocks, United by a common interface, which significantly increases its maintainability and modernization potential, concluded the press service.
