External constraints are trying to use to deter the development of Russia, but the economy has adapted to it and moved on to growth, said Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The independent candidate Vladimir Putin on Tuesday held a meeting with his Trustees in Gostiny Dvor in Moscow. Earlier, Putin’s press Secretary Dmitry Peskov said that the meeting with the Trustees as a candidate for the presidential elections to be held outside of the presidential working time.

«Plus the external constraints that try to use to curb the development of Russia. We are constantly talking about that now, a lot, anyway, maybe even too much. But the economy has adapted to it and moved on to sustainable growth», — said Putin.
