The US state Department gave details on the implementation of anti-Russian sanctions to Congress in a classified report.

As stated by RIA Novosti in the Department, the restrictions have a negative impact on contracts in the defense sector of Russia. «Further details are contained in the secret report submitted to the Congress,» — said the Agency representative of the state Department.

The law «On combating the enemies of America by sanctions» (CAATSA) was in the USA in July 2017. According to the law, within six months the administration had to give Congress a number of reports about potential sanctions against Russia.
