The Pechersky district court of Kiev refused to oblige the Prosecutor General to admit the ex-President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych victim in the case of the assassination attempt on him in 2014.

«To refuse to open proceedings on the appeal lawyer Fedorenko Igor Luckovich in the interests of the person 2 (Yanukovych — ed.) on the inaction of the officials of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine», — quotes the court’s decision, the Agency UNN.

Yanukovych earlier said that the road from Kiev to Kharkov in February 2014, his car was shot at with airguns. Protection ex-the President reported that the investigating authorities of Ukraine in June of 2015 began to investigate the assassination of the former head of state.
