Detained in Pattaya blogger Alex Leslie (Alexander Kirillov) and Fish Nastya (Anastasia Vashkevich) together with several participants of the illegal «sex-training» transferred to the Immigration detention centre (IDC immigration prison) in Bangkok, told RIA Novosti on condition of anonymity one of employees of the center.

«Some citizens of Russia and Belarus, arrested in Pattaya during a «sex training», translated to us in the Bangkok Immigration detention centre», — said the officer of the IDC. He confirmed to the Agency that Alexander Kirillov and Anastasia Vashkevich included in the list of persons transferred from Pattaya to Bangkok.

On the question of whether it is connected with the rumors about their impending deportation from Thailand, the spokesman replied in the negative.

«They all are accused of working illegally in Thailand, and until the court decides on their guilt or innocence and, if guilt is not administered the punishment, to deport them is impossible», — said the Agency interlocutor.

«They transferred to Bangkok simply because in Pattaya is not enough cameras in temporary detention immigration police, they are there simply to contain,» he added.

According to the Thai law, illegal work on the territory of the country shall be punished with imprisonment up to two years and/or a fine in the amount of about 3 thousand dollars, and a ban on entry to Thailand for 10 years after deportation to the country of citizenship. Deportation is carried out only after serving his sentence, to which the arrested will be sentenced by the court.

Kirillov and Vashukevich, along with several arrested «coaches», was temporarily released by the court on bail, but was later arrested by the immigration police in connection with the cancellation of their permission to stay in Thailand.
